* Package 1: One Time Service

Before we start to market your property we will arrange for
cleaning if necessary and fix all those little "cosmetic" things
(cracks in the wall, lights not working, dump, etc).
All the little details, which improve the appearance of your
property. We want the potential buyer to see the property
from its best side and understand its true value.

* Package 2: Ongoing Service Package

If you do not live in Spain the whole year and do not have a
local contact to look after your property we are happy to provide
you with this service.
We are cooperating with a team of professionals, who will come
regularly to clean your house and maintain your garden and pool.
If we notice changes in the condition of your property, for example
damp walls or new cracks, we will immediately inform you, send
you a photo of the damage and act according upon your instructions.
With this package you can be assured your property is well taken
care off.

* Package 3: Individual Service

All our services can be individually packaged. If you should require
services not listed here, we will do our best to accommodate all your
needs.
