What We Do: * In The Beginning In the beginning we will collect all the necessary information about your property. We will support you with our expertise in the pricing process and decide on a suitable marketing strategy. Then we will prepare a detailed presentation of your property for selected real estate agents. In order to simplify we will be your primary point of contact.
* What We Do: During the selling process We will coordinate the viewings of the different real estate agencies. We are flexible and available at short notice and therefore can prepare each viewing in advance. We will ensure your property looks its best at each viewing (shutters are opened, lights on, smell of fresh air etc). We provide the real estate agent with all required information and all relevant details that show the value of your property. We will make sure the potential buyer feels as comfortable as possible and allow him to imagine your house to become his. After the viewing we make sure everything is closed and that the alarm is set again. We will be present at all viewings. After each visit we will send you a follow-up report to keep you informed about the potential buyers opinion.
* Sale and After-Sales When an offer is made you will be immediately informed. We will provide guidance through our experience and local market knowledge, however all decisions will be made by you. Once the sale is successfully completed you may enjoy our after-sales services. Our after-sales services include remaining paper work, phone companies, local insurances, moving arrangements and whatever else you require to make your relocation smooth.
