* Who is behind the mansell real estate services concept?

My name is Karin Maegerlein. I am originally from
Germany and came to the Costa del Sol in 1999.
Due to my work in two different well-known real
estate agencies in different positions I gained deep
insight into the local luxury real estate market and
into clients wishes and needs.

Most clients had similar problems with the sale of their properties and I
decided to find a way to avoid those problems.
The result is mansell Real Estate Services.

My name is Antonio Somoza. I am the person who is
in charge of mansell's property services. After many
years of experience in the maintenance and decoration
sector and as a home owner myself I know the
preoccupations that appear with many things that
happen in a house and the spanish conventions.

It was a logical conclusion to create the property service packages to help
our clients. I help them to avoid common complications and support them
with my technical knowledge whenever necessary.
